Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC)

Success from a QA/QC perspective is accomplished through each employee’s involvement with, and commitment to the quality assurance process. The systems that Acero is currently using have been refined with the completion of hundreds of projects and have been tailored to continually ensure that project-specific goals and expectations are met.

Acero’s quality system has established a practical approach to performing services through comprehensive procedures, which documents methods to be utilized for each step of project execution. Quality control procedures applicable to project management, administration, engineering, drafting, materials and construction management are in Acero’s Project Procedures manual. In addition, Acero has implemented and maintains a Professional Practice Management Plan (PPMP) which includes quality assurance of business activities within Acero’s organisation.
