Project Management and Controls

In addition to general Project Management activities typically performed at an EPCM firm, Acero has also been invited by several clients to act as the Project Management Consultants (PMC) and supervise other firm’s activities. Acero has performed Project Management and/or Project Controls duties for several clients within Canada, the United States, and overseas. Acero has full time employees that manage our client’s projects and the in-house engineering teams assigned to them. These projects range in size, complexity, and schedule/budget demand. Acero also offers the secondment of facility engineers to work on behalf of our clients in the field and manage engineering projects at the home office.
